The variety in training methods and time management presented an opportunity to streamline life-saving procedures. This called for a unified approach to boost staff competence and reduce time away from the bedside.

Ardent Health partnered with HealthStream and the American Red Cross to launch digital courses accessible from anywhere. This initiative aimed to:

  • Implement robust tracking to monitor training outcomes
