The first goal was the monumental task of uploading 2000+ existing policies into the system. When this was complete, goals were further broken down into phases for updates. The easy editing features and task reminders have also been critical to ensuring everyone stays on their timelines.

She estimates she has been able to go from spending 40-50 hours a year supporting audit requests from each of the facilities to 8 hours. The time and cost savings in switching from paper manuals to a shared online tool have been invaluable.
