The first goal was the monumental task of uploading 2000+ existing policies into the system. When this was complete, goals were further broken down into phases for updates. The ability to search has been a game changer for the team. Kathryn rarely gets emergency calls to find a policy quickly. She estimates she has been able to go from spending 40-50 hours a year supporting audit requests from each of the facilities to 8 hours. Training new leadership team members is also easier thanks to the intuitive features and straightforward dashboard with Policy Manager. The time and cost savings in switching from paper manuals to a shared online tool have been invaluable.
