Understanding the Cost of Bias
This article is based on the HealthStream Webinar, “The (Not So) Hidden Cost of Bias,” presented by Jeremy Short, a subject matter expert on bias, diversity, and inclusion. Short shares that when thinking about bias in the workplace, it is important to realize and acknowledge that we all have some bias. Biases can be positive or negative.
