75% of student nurses report that employment opportunities are not discussed during clinical rotations
Nursing students report a high level of satisfaction with their clinical rotations experience at healthcare organizations and are eager to talk about post-graduation employment with the facility. In fact, nearly two thirds of students are interested in working at the facility where they completed their rotations. However, 75% said they were not contacted by the organization about job opportunities during or after their rotation, according to a survey conducted by HealthStream and myClinicalExchange.
