This form will also check for cookies upon loading, but rather than a submit button, we have a next button. This form stores data in Pardot and then presents a second form in place of the Thank you screen. The conditions can then be checked for the second form. User clicks Submit to submit the information.

Progressive Form Test 3

This form will check for cookies upon loading. If no cookie is present, that's fine, it will display the email field. The user fills out email and the form checks to see if user exists or not, and updates the form dynamically while also rechecking conditions. User clicks Submit to save the information.
